Bob Gives Way To The Drive In Tulsa

92.9 The Drive Bob BobFM KBEZ Tulsa Andy BarberAnother change we’ve been tracking for the past few weeks has come to fruition, as Scripps Classic Hits “92.9 Bob-FM” KBEZ Tulsa has rebranded as “92.9 The Drive“.

The change completes the gradual shift of KBEZ from Variety Hits to focus on hits of the 1970s and 80s with a rock lean. The station also welcomes new midday host Jeanne Nass, who previously worked at Cox Media Classic Rock “103.3 The Eagle” KJSR. Andy Barber remains in mornings and Josh Holstead in afternoons. Drew McKenna slides from middays to nights.

Bob-FM ranked eight in the Tulsa market during the Spring 2017 Nielsen Audio ratings with a 4.2 share, but well behind KJSR’s fourth ranked 6.2 share.
