iHeartMedia announced today that Todd Moskowitz and Marc Siegel have been named Vice President of Sales for the New York Region, effective immediately. iHeartMedia New York has a strong cross-platform presence and includes a number of iconic brands and franchises — both broadcast and digital — encompassing six stations comprised of music, talk and news formats.
Moskowitz will join iHeartMedia New York as Vice President of Sales of heritage station 710 WOR, The Voice of New York. Marc Siegel – currently Sales Manager – will be promoted to Vice President of Sales of Q104.3, New York’s Classic Rock station. Both will oversee sales for on-air and digital inventory as well as promotions, personality endorsements and sponsorships. They will report to Bernie Weiss, Senior Vice President of Sales for iHeartMedia New York.
“Both Marc and Todd are proven sales leaders with a long track record of delivering results – for clients, teams and stations,” said Weiss. “They have the talent and experience to coach their teams in coming up with the most effective marketing solutions to maximize the ROI for their clients.”
Todd Moskowitz has spent the last five years in leadership roles at Townsquare Media, most recently as Market President in the Danbury, Connecticut cluster. Todd started his career with CBS Radio Hartford, before joining Cumulus in Bridgeport and eventually 1010 WINS New York.
“I am excited to lead Sales for one the most legendary radio stations in New York City and work with some of the best and brightest people in our business,” said Moskowitz.
Marc Siegel previously served as the Sales Manager for Q104.3. Before joining iHeartMedia New York at the end of 2016, Marc Siegel was Head of Global Audio Sales at Bloomberg Media, where he was responsible for revenue across all audio platforms, which included Bloomberg’s flagship station in New York, as well as stations in San Francisco, Washington, D.C., Boston and London. In addition, he was the Local Sales Manager for New York Public Radio’s WNYC AM/FM, where he managed their radio, podcasting, digital and events sales.
“Classic Rock is a format that transcends time and is as popular as it has ever been,” said Siegel. “I’m very excited for this opportunity and I look forward to the next step in the journey with my iHeartMedia colleagues.”
