Joey V Exits APD/Morning Slot At Q102.1 San Francisco

Elroy Smith Entercom Q102.1 KRBQ 102.9 KBLX San FranciscoJoe ‘Joey V’ Vlazny has exited his role as Assistant Program Director, Imaging Director and Morning co-host at Entercom Rhythmic Hot AC “Q102.1” KRBQ San Francisco after three and a half years at the station.

Vlazny has worked in the San Francisco market since 2005 with stops at Dance “Energy 92.7” KNGY, Oldies 103.7 KOSF, and Country “95.7 The Wolf” KBWF. He began his career in his native Chicago where he served as Imaging Director and Afternoon host at Dance “Energy 92.7/5” WKIE/WKIF/WDEK and also worked briefly in Dallas at Dance “106.7 KDL” KKDL.

Co-host Mia Amor remains in place as now solo morning host at KRBQ.

After 3.5 years of holding down the Joey V and Mia Amor Morning Show, APD duties and Imaging at Q-102 (KRBQ) FM, San Francisco, I’m looking forward to my next opportunity. I’m very thankful to Trevor Simpson, Elroy Smith, Stacy Cunningham, Steve DiNardo, Susan Larkin and Michael Martin for believing in me and encouraging me to grow and develop my skills as a morning show host, manager and Imaging Director.
