Darby Advertising sells Classic Hits “Eagle 101.5” WMJZ-FM Gaylord MI to Bryan Hollenbaugh’s 45 North Media for $750,000. The buyer began operating WMJZ-FM via LMA on January 2.
Legend Communications of Wyoming is restructuring its ownership as New Echelon Ventures Management Company LLC is selling its controlling 35% stake in the company to partners Larry and Susan Patrick for $300,000. Larry Patrick and Susan Patrick will each increase their personal ownership stakes from 32.5% to 50% of the company. Legend Communications of Wyoming owns 18 stations and 6 translators across the state of Wyoming.
Thomas Butts’ Pine City Radio is acquiring the Silent trio of 1230 WRJX Jackson, 94.5 WHOD Jackson, and 106.1 WBMH Grove Hill AL from the bankruptcy trustee of Radio Center of Jackson for $200,000 with an immediate LMA. Jason Kyzer’s Radio Center of Jackson purchased the three stations in March 2017 for $500,000 and filed for bankruptcy in November.
Igelesia Nueva Vida de High Point sells Spanish Christian “Radio Vida 1260” WPJF Greenville SC to Iglesia Vida y Esperanza de Greenville, South Carolina for $400,000.

Thomas Hodgins’ Alexandra Communications is selling 99.5 K258CN Richland WA to Christopher Jacky’s Xana HD LLC for $1 and forgiveness of debt. Hodgins’ Xana Oregon is selling 104.9 K285FN Kennewick WA to Xana HD LLC for the same $1 and forgiveness of debt.
