Legend Communications of Wyoming is restructuring its ownership as New Echelon Ventures Management Company LLC is selling its controlling 35% stake in the company to partners Larry and Susan Patrick for $300,000. Larry Patrick and Susan Patrick will each increase their personal ownership stakes from 32.5% to 50% of the company. Legend Communications of Wyoming owns 18 stations and 6 translators across the state of Wyoming.
Thomas Butts’ Pine City Radio is acquiring the Silent trio of 1230 WRJX Jackson, 94.5 WHOD Jackson, and 106.1 WBMH Grove Hill AL from the bankruptcy trustee of Radio Center of Jackson for $200,000 with an immediate LMA. Jason Kyzer’s Radio Center of Jackson purchased the three stations in March 2017 for $500,000 and filed for bankruptcy in November.
