Cumulus Media Country 96.3 KSCS Dallas has appointed Al Farb as its Assistant Program Director/Afternoon Host.
Farb joins KSCS from Cox Media Houston where he served as morning show producer at Country “93Q” 92.9 KKBQ and midday host at Classic Country “Country Legends 97.1” KTHT. The Houston native also served in multiple roles at iHeartMedia News/Talk 740 KTRH and Sports 790 KBME.
Farb fills the opening created by Trapper John Morris’ move to SiriusXM at the end of 2017.
Cumulus Media announces that it has appointed Al Farb as Assistant Program Director and Afternoon Drive On-Air Talent for New Country 96.3 KSCS-FM in Dallas, TX. Farb is a 10-year radio broadcasting professional and joins Cumulus from Cox Radio in Houston, where he was Executive Producer and On-Air Talent at KKBQ-FM and KTHT-FM. Prior to that, he was Assistant Program Director and Executive Producer for Clear Channel Radio/iHeartMedia’s KTRH-AM and KBME-AM in Houston. He is a lifetime member of the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo and serves on the Speakers Committee and the Lamb and Goat Committee.
