iHeartMedia has promoted Jules Riley to Senior Vice President of Programming for their St. Louis cluster.
Riley joined the cluster in November 2016 as PD of Classic Hits 103.3 KLOU and added the same duties for Country “93.7 The Bull” KSD in April 2017.
Riley will now add oversight of Urban “100.3 The Beat” KATZ-FM, Urban AC “Majic 103.7” W279AQ, Alternative “Alt 104.9” KLLT, CHR “Z107.7” KSLZ, and Gospel “Hallelujah 1600” KATZ while reporting to Regional SVP/Programming Greg Chance.
This is Riley’s second tour in St. Louis as she previously programmed Variety Hits “106.5 The Arch” WARH and Rhythmic AC “Movin 101.1” WMVN from 2005-2008. She has also served as Operations Manager for Scripps Tulsa and programmed in Philadelphia, Phoenix, Wichita, and Wilkes-Barre.

As Senior Vice President of Programming, Riley will oversee all 7 stations in St. Louis and will report to Greg Chance, Region Senior Vice President of Programming for iHeartMedia St. Louis Region.

Riley has over 15 years of experience in radio, which included roles such as Operations Manager, Brand Manager, Program Director, On-air Personality and Voice Talent. Before she began programming 103.3. KLOU and 93.7 The Bull in April 2017, she served as Operations Manager/Brand Manager for KVOO-FM in Tulsa, OK. Prior to that, Riley was Program Director for WARH-FM and WMVN in St. Louis, where she was named one of Radio Ink’s Best Program Directors in America in 2007. Her extensive programming background also includes stations in Phoenix, AZ; Philadelphia, PA; Wilkes-Barre, PA; and Wichita, KS
