Whitney Radio Broadcasting sells Full Service 1340 WENT/105.1 W286CD Gloversville NY to Michael Schaus’ Thnk Tank Broadcasting for $390,000. Schaus has spent much of his career in radio ad sales and management.
R&B Communications sells Sports “ESPN 1400” WWTM Decatur/Huntsville and 94.3 W232DL Decatur to Brantley Broadcast Associates for $117,000.
Mitten News LLC continues its expansion in Northern Michigan with two purchases. Michigan Broadcasters sells 94.5 WYPV Mackinaw City to Mitten News for $200,000, while Edwards Communications sells 960 WHAK Rogers City for $12,000. Mitten News began operating both stations via LMA in April and flipped them to its Conservative Talk “Patriot Voice Radio” along with 1110 WJML Petoskey, 1210 WJNL Kingsley, and 106.3 WWMN Thompsonville/Traverse City.
Tom Gay’s Boeuf River Broadcasting Company sells Country 95.9 KMAR-FM Winnsboro LA to Tom & Nancy Moroni’s Bird Broadcasting Network for $410,000.
The previously announced sale of 93.9 WCEZ Carthage IL and 1310 KOKX Keokuk IA to Leah Jones and Michael Greenwald’s Keokuk Broadcasting has been filed with the FCC showing a $245,000 purchase price.

After a swap of 90.9 K215FM Fort Collins CO to Calvary Chapel of Twin Falls for 91.9 K220GI Camp Verde AZ failed to close, Mountain Community Translators resells K215FM to Public Broadcasting of Colorado for $40,000. K215FM will rebroadcast Classical 88.1 KVOD Denver.
