In a deal not yet filed with the FCC, Holiday Broadcasting has sold Country 95.3 KRJC and 98.9 K255CE Elko NV to Paul Gardner’s Elko Radio Company for $300,000. KRJC becomes the company’s fourth station in the market joining Variety Hits “93.7 Jack-FM” KLKO, AC 1240 KELK/95.9 K240AI, and Sports “Fox Sports 104.7” KEAU. Ralph Carson’s Holiday Broadcasting still holds two stations in Moab UT. George Kimble of Kozacko Media Services served as broker.
The Power Foundation is acquiring Southern Gospel “The Life FM” 91.3 WWQI Morristown IN from Horizon Christian Fellowship of Indianapolis for $15,000.
Cam Reynolds acquires 97.3 W247AT Huntsville AL from Julie Scalf for $50,000. W247AT Will rebroadcast Sports “1400 ESPN” WWTM Decatur, which is in the process of being sold to Reynolds’ Brantley Broadcast Associates.
Fred & Evelyn Morton sell 98.5 K253BF Chanute KS to Our Lady of Mount Carmel Education and Evangelization Society for $18,750. K253BF will continue to rebroadcast Grace Public Radio’s Christian CHR “K-True” KTRU La Harpe KS
Calvary Baptist Church donates 97.7 W249AS Norwich NY to Mars Hill Broadcasting. The translator already rebroadcasts the buyer’s Christian “Mars Hill Network” off of 102.9 WMHR Syracuse.
