Entercom Hot AC “105.1 The Buzz” KRSK Portland has appointed Buck Wise as morning host.
The former ‘Buck Head’ has been working in brand marketing the past five years. He has hosted mornings at CHR “98.7 Amp Radio” WDZH Detroit and “Z100” KKRZ Portland. He has also worked at KYSR Los Angeles, WKQI Detroit, and KFMS Las Vegas as well as voicetracked for numerous Clear Channel owned stations.
Entercom, the #1 creator of live, original, local audio content in the United States, today announced the addition of Buck Wise to 105.1 The Buzz (KRSK-FM) in Portland as morning show host, effective immediately. Wise will be on air weekdays from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. PT.

Wise has 15 years of broadcast experience, including on-air roles for KFMS in Las Vegas, KYSR in Los Angeles, WKQI in Detroit and KKRZ in Portland. He is the recipient of the 2008 Pittsburgh A.I.R. Award for Best New Talent and was named to Conclave’s National Top 30 Under 30 Broadcaster list in 2007.
Sean ‘Coop’ Tabler has exited mornings at Country “97.3 The Eagle” WGH-FM Norfolk VA for an undisclosed new position. The Nofolk native joined WGH in January 2016 after previously hosting mornings at “98.7 Amp Radio” WDZH Detroit.
Hannah Byrom has exited her position as morning co-host at Beasley Media Country 102.5 WKLB Boston. Byrom joined WKLB in April 2016 from hosting middays at CHR 94.5 WPST Trenton NJ and weekends at Cumulus’ 95.5 WPLJ New York. She previously worked in mornings and middays at Alpha Media CHR “Live 95.5” KBFF Portland and as part of the syndicated Zach Sang & The Gang.
Sean Stevens is the new Program Director at Steel City Media Variety Hits “96.9 Bob-FM” WRRK Pittsburgh. Stevens has hosted afternoons at WRRK since 2010 and previously programmed for Clear Channel in Youngstown OH. He succeeds Jimmy Robertson who had been with the company for the past 20 years and is retiring.
