Sacred Heart University sells brokered Gospel 1350 WNLK and the CP for 103.9 W280FX Norwalk CT to Veritas Catholic Network for $300,000. WNLK is the first station purchased by the group, which intends to build a Catholic network to cover Connecticut and suburban New York City.
TSJ Radio is selling Regional Mexican “Mega 97.7” WOXY-FM Mason/Cincinnati and Gospel “1580 The Praise” WVKO Columbus to Roland Medrano and Adolfo DeLeon’s Lazo Media for $2.5 million.
Charles and Rebecca Marsh’s Alamance Media Partners is purchasing Sports 1200 WSML Graham/Greensboro NC and its Construction Permit for 94.3 W232DT Mebane from Curtis Media Group for $147,500. A second company owned by the Marsh’s, Alamance Media Group will acquire 104.5 W283BT Burlington NC from Curtis’ Eastern Airwaves for $250,000. WSML and W283BT currently carry the “Sports Hub” programming also heard on 600 WSJS Winston-Salem, 920 WPCM Burlington-Graham, 1230 WMFR High Point, 1320 WCOG Greensboro and their associated translators.
Radio Rancho, which just closed on its $20,000 acquisition of Silent 1260 KWEI/99.9 K260CU Weiser ID from Educational Media Foundation, is turning around and selling the station to Impact Radio Group for $40,000 with an LMA taking effect on November 15.
Majestic Media sells Regional Mexican “Fierro 1280” KRZE and the Construction Permit for 100.9 K265FJ Farmington NM to Basin Broadcasting Company for $30,000. The buyer owns four other stations in Farmington and nearby Durango CO and one other in Gallup NM.
Danny Ray Boyer’s Tenn-Vol Corp will acquire Classic Country 1450 KMBL and the CP for 94.7 K234DE Junction TX for $25,000. Tenn-Vol has been operating KMBL via Time Brokerage Agreement since April 15.
Christian Healthcare Ministries buys 91.9 WKJA Brunswick OH from Penfold Communications for $600,000. The buyer intends to program the station with a mix of Christian music and preaching under the “Heartfelt Radio” brand.
Fred Morton’s Grace Public Radio sells Silent 91.9 KTRU La Harpe KS to St. Macrina Media & Education Society for $32,000.

Elohim Group Corporation sells 101.7 K269GT Porter TX to Antonio Simaj’s King Broadcasting Corporation for $400,000. The translator is in the process of being moved closer to Houston and will rebroadcast an HD subchannel of iHeartMedia’s 93.7 KQBT Houston.
