The FCC issued a Notice of Violation to Elohim Group Corporation’s “OK 93.5” W228DF Orlando FL for multiple violations including using an unauthorized antenna system, above the licensed ERP, and above the authorized transmitter power output. W228DF is fed by JVC Media’s 103.1 WOTW-HD3 Windermere.
Spanish Media Consulting Corporation’s “La Jota Mexicana” 1570 KVAM Loveland CO received a Notice of Violation for failing to proper fencing or enclosures.
Beasley Media’s attempt to move a translator to 104.9 in Philadelphia has come to an end as W285FF has been deleted. Beasley purchased then 97.1 W246CT Salem NJ in 2016 to rebroadcast Brokered Talk 860 WWDB Philadelphia. After signing on in early 2017, the translator received interference complaints from Townsquare Media’s 104.9 WSJO Egg Harbor City NJ and went silent in March 2017.
