Nielsen Audio has released Day 2 of its monthly four day sweep of ratings in PPM markets.
Today’s releases include Washington DC, Boston, Miami, Seattle, Detroit, Phoenix, Minneapolis, San Diego, Tampa/St. Petersburg, Denver, Baltimore, and St. Louis.
Some numbers of note:
- Hot AC “Mix 107.3” WRQX Washington rises from 3.5 to 4.1 following the announcement of its sale to EMF. Cumulus sister Conservative Talk 630/105.9 WMAL trends 4.3 – 5.7 – 6.6 to rise to fourth overall.
- 105.7 WROR Boston trends 5.6 – 6.2 – 6.8 after broadening its Classic Hits playlist to include more pop hits from the 1980s.
- Soft AC “94.1 The Sound” KSWD Seattle jumps from 3.8 to 5.1.
- Recently launched Soft AC “98.7 The Breeze” WDZH Detroit rises 2.9 to 3.6.
- Variety Hits “95.5 The Mountain” KYOT Phoenix trends 5.1 – 6.0 – 6.7 to take #1 in the market.
