One day before the start of the 2019 MLB season, MLB’s Atlanta Braves are changing their FM co-flagship station.
After six years on Cumulus News/Talk 106.7 WYAY, the Braves will move back to “Rock 100.5” WNNX in a move predicated on the pending sale of WYAY to Educational Media Foundation. Dickey Broadcasting’s “680/93.7 The Fan” WCNN North Atlanta remains as the primary flagship for the franchise. The move to WNNX is termed a multi-year deal by the franchise.
The Braves were previously on WNNX from 2010 to 2013 when Dickey and Cumulus acquired the Braves rights from Clear Channel.
