Deletions

After being Silent since November 2017, the FCC has deleted the license of KNZA Inc’s 1470 KAIR Atchison KS for being off the air for more than a year.

Artistic Media Partners has surrendered the license for Silent 1620 WDND South Bend IN. It’s Construction Permit for 93.9 W230DE South Bend was also deleted as the translator application was to be permanently tied to WDND.

FCC Actions

The FCC has issued a Notice of Violation to Metroeast Community Media’s 107.1 K296FT West Haven/Portland OR for changing its antenna system from a non-directional Telecom Radio Antenna TFC2K to a directional Telecom Radio antenna TFC2K-D without authorization.

Akma Broadcast Network’s 1500 WPSO New Port Richey FL has been issued a Notice of Violation for operating outside of its licensed daytime parameters. WPSO, a licensed daytime only signal, was logged operating by FCC agents between 7:45pm and 8:30pm on March 29.

Hubbard’s Advertising Agency’s 930 WLLL Lynchburg VA received a Notice of Violation for multiple violations including failure to demonstrate working EAS equipment, no active EAS log, no visible ASRN, extinguished tower lights, and operating at 74% of its licensed power.
