Beasley Media Hip-Hop “Foxy 99” 99.1 WZFX Whiteville/Fayetteville NC has promoted Gregory ‘G Moniy’ Johnson from part-timer to afternoon host.
Johnson has been with WZFX since 2006 starting as an intern. He had most recently served as a weekender and mixer at the station.
He fills the opening created by Marky Marc’s move to nights at Entercom’s “102 Jamz” WJMH Greensboro earlier this year.
Beasley Media Group announces Gregory “G Moniy” Johnson has been promoted to Afternoon Drive Personality at Foxy 99/ WZFX-FM. He officially began his new position on October 1, 2019.
Moniy, who has been with the company since 2006, most recently served as a part-time on air personality.
