Cumulus Media Country 107.7 WIVK Knoxville has appointed Rich Bailey as Program Director.
Bailey has been a staple in the Knoxville market where he spent 23 years at CHR “Star 102.1” WWST until his exit in March following the acquisition of the station by SummitMedia.
Bailey, who has also previously programmed WKSI Greensboro NC and WSSX Charleston SC, fills the opening created by the exit of Nikki Thomas in July.

Bailey joins Cumulus Knoxville after 23 years as Program Director for WWST-FM/Star 102.1. He has programmed stations in Charleston, SC (Mix 95.1), and Greensboro, NC (KISS 98.7), and has been a popular on-air talent in Knoxville for over 20 years.
