Day 3 of Nielsen Audio’s PPM releases are now available for Portland, Charlotte, San Antonio, Sacramento, Pittsburgh, Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, Orlando, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Kansas City, and Columbus.

Noteworthy numbers in today’s markets include:
- The revamp of Cumulus Alternative “X105.1” KCJK Kansas City to Rock-ternative “105.1 The X” on the first day of the monthly sends KCJK down from 2.5 to 1.7. Entercom Alternative “96.5 The Buzz” KRBZ-FM did not take advantage as it slides 2.2 to 1.9, however KCJK may have helped Cumulus’ market leader Classic Rock “101 The Fox” KCFX slide 10.5 to 9.9 and Entercom Active Rock “98.9 The Rock” KQRC from 3.7 to 3.4.
- The recent upheaval at Steel City Media’s “Q104” KBEQ Kansas City has led to a shuffle of the three Country stations in the market. Steel City’s 94.1 KFKF rises 4.9 to 6.4, Entercom’s “106.5 The Wolf” WDAF-FM is up 2.8 to 3.8, while KBEQ slides 4.5 to 3.4.
- iHeartMedia Classic Hits “106.7 The Eagle” KLTH Portland returns to the market lead with a 8.0 to 8.5 gain. Oregon Public Broadcasting News/Talk 91.5 KOPB-FM slides to second with an 8.5 to 7.9 drop.
- A poor trend for Entercom Classic Rock 92.3 KGON Portland as it slides 4.7 – 3.8 – 3.1.
- Cox Media Group Classic Hits 101.1 KONO-FM San Antonio expands its market lead to 2.4 share points with its 8.2 over sister Country “Y100” KCYY’s 5.8. Alpha Media Variety Hits “102.7 Jack-FM” KJXK rises to a third place tie with iHeartMedia News/Talk 1200 WOAI at 5.4
- On the other end of the spectrum Cox Media Rock 99.5 KISS-FM slides 4.6 to 3.3.
- Beasley Media Country 103.7 WSOC Charlotte rises from fifth to second with a 5.6 to 7.1 gain. iHeartMedia Classic Rock “99.7 The Fox” WRFX remains in the lead with an 8.2 share.
- Cumulus Media Classic Hits 103.5 WGRR Cincinnati regains its lead with a slight 9.4 to 9.3 drop as iHeartMedia News/Talk 700 WLW falls 9.8 to 8.7.
- The Cincinnati Country battle tightens for the first time as Cumulus Media’s rebranded “Cat Country 94.1” WNNF trends 2.3 – 2.9 – 3.9, while Hubbard Country “B105.1” WUBE drops slightly 7.3 to 6.9.
- The addition of a second translator helps iHeartMedia’s “WFLA Orlando” 540 WFLF rise 2.5 – 3.1 – 3.4. The gains have come at the expense of Cox Media Group’s 96.5 WDBO-FM, which slid 5.1 – 4.2 – 3.8 over the same period.
- Cox CHR “Power 95.3” WPYO Orlando continues to rise 3.9 – 4.3 – 4.9.
- JVC Media Hot Talk “Florida Man Radio” 660 WDYZ/105.5 W288CJ Orlando debuts with a 0.2.
- The top two stations in Cleveland show big gains as iHeartMedia’s Classic Hits “Majic 105.7” WMJI rises 8.6 to 9.4 and sister Country 99.5 WGAR is up 8.1 to 9.0.
- Beasley Classic Hits 96.3 KKLZ Las Vegas regains the market lead with a 7.7 to 8.0 rise, while iHeartMedia AC “Sunny 106.5” KSNE drops 8.0 to 7.5.
- Entercom Rhythmic AC “Q100.5” KXQQ is trending upwards with a 2.9 – 3.6 – 4.5 gain.
- The biggest jump of the month goes to iHeartMedia Conservative Talk 570 KNRS/105.7 KNRS-FM Salt Lake City with a 3.2 to 5.2 boost.
