A staple in the Salt Lake City market has announced his retirement from middays at iHeartMedia Classic Hits 94.1 KODJ Salt Lake City.
Scott Fisher first came to Salt Lake City in 1982 after stints in Cincinnati and Miami and is best known for his long run in mornings at 97.1 KISN from 1986 through 2002 mostly alongside Todd Collard. He’s also worked at 96.3 KFMY and 106.5 KOSY during his time in Salt Lake City.
Fisher will continue to host the syndicated genealogy show “Extreme Genes” that will continue to be heard in the Salt Lake City market on iHeart’s 570 KNRS/105.9 KNRS-FM.
