CNBC reports that Red Apple Media Conservative Talk 770 WABC New York is in the final stages of contract negotiations with Bill O’Reilly to join the station’s daily lineup.
CNBC states that the show would debut this fall with O’Reilly’s agent Fred Newman telling the network, “We are in the final stages of a contract and a program should be on in the fall.” Red Apple Media owner John Catsimatidis confirmed the negotiations as well.
O’Reilly, the former host of Inside Edition and Fox News Channel’s The O’Reilly Factor before exiting in 2017 following numerous sexual harassment complaints, also hosts a daily 15 minute syndicated commentary for Key Networks. He previously hosted the daily talk show “The Radio Factor” for Westwood One from 2002 to 2009 that aired in New York on 710 WOR.
