Required to be spun-off due to L&L Broadcasting's pending purchase of 100.1 WSSJ, Apex Broadcasting has agreed to purchase Classic Hits "103.1 The Drive" WGZO Parris Island, SC for $450,000. Apex does not currently own any stations in the Savannah/Hilton Head market, but has a cluster of 1 AM and 4 FM's in nearby Charleston.
