WMAL will retain its currently licensed 10kW daytime power, while dropping from 5kW to 2.7kW at night from WSPZ's four towers in Germantown, MD with directional array's pointed towards the southeast to retain city-grade coverage of Washington. The Voice Radio's 900 WJWL Georgetown, DE proposes a downgrade from a Class B with 10.5kW daytime and 1.08kW nights from four towers to a Class D with 1kW daytime and 145 watts nights from one tower on adjacent property. <h3>FM Actions</h3> The FCC has <a href="http://transition.fcc.gov/Daily_Releases/Daily_Business/2015/db1009/DA-15-880A1.pdf">entered into a Consent Decree</a> with Atlantic City High School's 88.9 WAJM Atlantic City, NJ over multiple violations including filing its license renewal application four years after it had expired. Other violations included failing to maintain a Public File or Ownership Report and operating with an antenna at variance with its licensed parameters. As a first time student-run offender WAJM agreed to a civil penalty of $6250 and must implement a Compliance Plan within thirty days in effect for the next two years. The renewal of WAJM's license also means the dismissal of Press Communication's 2010 application to move Hot AC <a href="http://1071radio.com/">99.7 WBHX</a> Tuckerton to 99.3, while making Equity Communications Rhythmic CHR "<a href="http://www.993thebuzz.com/">99.3 The Buzz</a>" WZBZ Pleasantville, NJ move to 99.7. That application was only viable if WAJM's license had been deleted due to RF spacing. <h3>FM Changes</h3> After being <a href="http://radioinsight.com/blog/headlines/94788/fcc-report-104-faa-forces-kcoe-shutdown/">shut down for creating interference</a> with an FAA transmitter due to the combined harmonic of its 106.5 and 107.7 KWXS from the same transmitter site, Charles Wilkinson’s Sunriver Broadcasting applied and was given quick CP to move 106.5 KCOE Terrebonne/Bend, OR to 94.9 with its previous 2.4kW at 582 meter facilities (<a href="http://fccdata.org/?appid=1691510&facid=190435">Coverage Map</a>).
