iHeartMedia launched Urban “100.9 The Beat” W265DB/WKCI-HD2 at 12:00am last night. Launching with 10,000 songs commercial-free, the station is promoting the pending debut of the syndicated Breakfast Club in mornings. The rest of the on-air lineup includes WBTJ Richmond’s Big Nat, WWPR New York’s Angie Martinez, and WJBT Jacksonville’s T-Roy.
