Robinson joined incumbent host Leigh Ann Adam on Wednesday for the newly minted “Star Mornings with Leigh Ann and Jeremy”. Robinson previously spent much of his career in the Country format working at 99.5 KPLX, 96.3 KSCS, 96.7 KTYS, and hosted nights at both ABC Radio Networks and Townsquare Media’s “Taste of Country Nights”. He also owns his own syndication/voice-tracking company JPR Entertainment.
iHeartMedia AC “Star 102.1” KDGE Dallas has rounded out its on-air lineup with the addition of Leigh Ann Adam for mornings starting Monday, April 3. The station has also announced its on-air lineup that will feature Ryan Lovet in mornings from 6am-12pm, Rick O’Bryan from 12pm-6pm, and Amanda Flores from 6pm-12am. Station Moves Georgia State University’s “Album 88.5” WRAS Atlanta is again attempting to move its transmission site from the southeast side of the city to downtown. The proposed tower site is used by a few translators as well as auxiliary sites for WUBL, WWPW, WWWQ, and WNNX. WRAS seeks to operate with 50kW at 318 meters. Clear Channel seeks to move two of its Dallas market signals to their auxiliary antenna permanently. 102.1 KDGE Fort Worth-Dallas and 102.9 KDMX Dallas will remain in the Cedar Hill area with 100kW while increasing their height from 485 to 535 meters above average terrain. After departing Clear Channel Alternative “102.1 The Edge” KDGE Dallas in 2006, Chris Jagger, Jasmine, Mondo & Dean are returning to the station on Monday, January 6. The “Jagger Mafia” had been at KDGE from 1998 until 2006. The show then moved across town to CBS’ 105.3 through multiple iterations of Hot Talk and Sports until 2011. Since April 2012, Jagger has been co-hosting mornings at Clear Channel Hot AC “102.9 Now” KDMX with Tara Ward. No word yet on who replaces Jagger at KDMX or the status of current KDGE morning host Angela Chase.
