As first reported by Northeast Radio Watch, GM Broadcasting has launched Classic Rock “102.5 The Vault” W273AB Vestal/Binghamton NY. Previously rebroadcasting sister CHR “Magic 101.7” WLTB Johnson City, the 100w/72m translator now carries its programming from WLTB-HD2. The new Vault is positioning itself as “Classic Rock Hits” and launching with 5,000 songs commercial-free. It helps fill the opening created by Equinox Broadcasting’s recent flip of “Z93” 92.9 W225BC/WCDW-HD3 to Rhythmic CHR “Hot 92.9“.
