Tony Lorino has exited his role as Program Director of Hot AC “Star 94.1” WSTR Smyrna/Atlanta after nearly three years Lorino joined WSTR in July 2015 from Entercom’s “99.7 The Point” KZPT Kansas City upon the company’s acquisition of the station. He also has served as APD of “99.1 The Mix” WMYX Milwaukee for Entercom and has worked in Des Moines and Fargo. Joe Breezy Joins i106.7 Nashville As APD/Afternoons

Following his announced exit from CBS CHR “103.3 Amp Radio” WODS Boston to join his about-to-be wife in Nashville, Joe Breezy has found a new job in the market as well. With Midwest Communications closing on its purchase of CHR ‘i106.7″ WNFN Millersville/Nashville from Cumulus’ Joule Broadcasting divestment trust, the company has announced it has hired Breezy as its new Assistant Brand Manager/Afternoon host starting Monday, July 11. Prior to making the move to Nashville, Breezy will be marrying current WCVB-TV Boston meteorologist Danielle Vollmar. She was recently named Chief Meteorologist at WKRN-TV Nashville. CBS To Launch AMP Radio 103.3 Boston

CBS flipped Classic Hits 103.3 WODS Boston to CHR “Amp Radio 103.3” on Thursday, June 28 at 12:00pm. Update 6/28: Amp Radio debuted at 11:55am with a launch package leading into its start at noon. You can listen to the launch at FormatChange.com. WODS’ personalities said farewell at 11:20 with Beach Boys’ “Fun Fun Fun”, which was the first song the station played as “Oldies 103.3” in 1987. The final song overall was Donna Summer’s “Last Dance” leading into the launch package.
