Country Q103.3 KMCQ Launches In Northwest Washington

Everett-Snohomish Broadcasting has signed on Country “Country Q103.3” KMCQ Oak Harbor WA. The new station covers the I-5 corridor halfway between Seattle and Vancouver with a signal reaching Bellingham and Everett with 1.4kW/414m. Ken Moultrie of The New Broadcast Partners is consulting and programming KMCQ with a Country format stretching from the 1990s through now.
