Jack Freeman Joins Q104 Cleveland As Morning Co-Host

Entercom Hot AC “Q104” 104.1 WQAL Cleveland has named Cort ‘Jack’ Freeman as co-host of “The Jeremiah Show” starting March 19. Freeman joins WQAL from iHeartMedia CHR “Channel 95.5” WKQI Detroit where he was Associate Producer of the “Mojo In The Morning” show under the name ‘Intern Jack Black’. Freeman fills the opening created by Jeff Kurkjian’s move to KCYE Las Vegas last month. People Moves 2/23: Jeff Kurkjian Departs Mornings At Q104 Cleveland

Jeff Kurkjian has announced his departure from the “The Jeremiah & Jeff Show” in mornings at Entercom Hot AC “Q104” 104.1 WQAL Cleveland. Kirkjian joined WQAL for mornings in 2015 right out of Syracuse University where he did mornings at student run CHR “Z89” 89.1 WJPZ-FM. In 2016 he was joined by Jeremiah Widmer, who remains in place. In his farewell announcement, Kurkjian wrote, “I am excited to continue my radio adventures and will always look back at Cleveland as the place that it all began. Jeremiah Widmer Joins WQAL Morning Show

CBS Hot AC “Q104” 104.1 WQAL Cleveland is adding Jeremiah Widmer to its morning show. Widmer joins incumbent co-hosts Jeff Kurkjian and Aly Tanner on what will be renamed the “Q104 Jeremiah and Jeff Show”. Widmer has hosted afternoons at sister AC “Star 102.1” WDOK since July 2013 and previously co-hosted mornings at CHR “Q92” 92.5 WDJQ Canton. To fill Jeremiah’s afternoon slot on WDOK, Glenn Anderson moves from morning show producer at WQAL.
