Mike Miller Joins Z104.3 Baltimore As PD

iHeartMedia has promoted Mike Miller to Program Director of CHR “Z104.3” WZFT Baltimore. Miller has programmed “99.3 Kiss-FM” WHKF Harrisburg PA since 2011 as well as hosting afternoons. His entire career has been spent with Clear Channel/iHeartMedia between “FM 97” WLAN-FM Lancaster, two runs at WHKF, and two years at “Z100” KKRZ Portland. Rob Kruz Named WFLZ Program Director

iHeartMedia CHR 93.3 WFLZ Tampa has named Rob Kruz as its new Program Director. Kruz joins the station from iHeart’s “Z104.3” WZFT Baltimore where he was Program Director/afternoon host. Kruz was promoted to PD from APD/MD in February 2015. Prior to joining WZFT he hosted nights at “Hot 99.5” WIHT Washington DC and also worked at Hot AC “Q104” WQAL Cleveland and 96.3 WDVD Detroit. Update 5/23/08 12:05pm: After stunting with Christmas music for a few hours, WSMJ as we predicted last night, became Modern Rock “Channel 104.3” at noon today with a pending call letter change to WCHH. The station will simulcast Elliott in the Morning from sister DC101 in Washington. Listen to the launch at the Format Change Archive. The Memorial Day Weekend is usually busy with format flips across the country and we’re expecting a few this year. The first domino to fall should be in Baltimore where we’ve long expected Smooth Jazz 104.3 WSMJ to find a new format.
