This report is corrected from our original version. “1490 The Fan” KFFN Tucson has added an FM simulcast on 104.9 K285DL and rebranded as “ESPN Tucson“. KFFN carries the bulk of the ESPN Radio lineup along with the local “Happy Hour with Jody Oehler” from 4 to 6pm. The station also carries play-by-play of the Arizona Diamondbacks and Phoenix Suns. Previously, K285DL was simulcasting Journal’s Rhythmic Oldies “Mega 106.3” KGMG. The translator will need to find a new home in the near future as KWCX Willcox, AZ has a construction permit to move to Tanque Verde, AZ and have coverage over much of the greater Tucson area.
