Anchor Radio and Ryan Media have come to a settlement to resolve one of the mutually exclusive conflicts created on the first day of the AM Translator Waiver Period. Anchor Radio is taking a $25,000 cash settlement from Ryan Media to withdraw its application for 104.7 W284AD New Albany IN to move to 96.1 with 250w/115m from its existing tower site. W284AD will continue to operate on 104.7, albeit with a directional 99 watts rebroadcasting Gospel "1240 Love" WLLV Louisville.

Bob-FM Bismarck Hits A Rig

Radio Bismarck Mandan has closed on its purchase of Variety Hits “105.9 Bob-FM” KKBO and flipped the station to Country “105.9 The Rig“. KKBO becomes the fourth Country station in the Bismarck market joining Clear Channel’s combo of market leading 1130 KBMR and “KQ 94.5” KQDY along with Townsquare Media’s “US 103.3” KUSB. The Bob-FM audience is being directed to new sister Classic Hits “Mojo 107.5” KXRV.

Connoisseur Sells Out Of Bismarck

Connoisseur Media has sold its standalone station in Bismarck, ND. Variety Hits “105.9 Bob-FM” KKBO has been sold to Radio Bismarck Mandan for $700,000.
