Jordan Teklay Brings Bouncehouse To 106.5 The End Sacramento Nights

Entercom CHR “106.5 The End” KUDL Sacramento has added Jordan Teklay as its new night host. The Sacramento native will host “Jordan’s Bouncehouse” from 7pm-12am weeknights. He most recently was hosting nights at Midwest Broadcasting CHR “i106.7” WNFN Nashville and has also worked at “Z99” ZFZZ Grand Cayman Island as well as stations in Modesto CA and Tyler TX. Entercom Sacramento announced today the appointment of Jordan Teklay as night show host for Top 40 radio station KUDL-FM “106.5 The End”, effective immediately. Talent Cuts At CBS, Cumulus & Entercom

While iHeartMedia has made the most news lately in terms of staffing cuts, recent downsizing moves have been made the past few days at Cumulus Media, CBS Radio, and Entercom. Two major market Cumulus News/Talk stations have shed talent in the past couple of days. Morning host Brian Wilson is out at 630 WMAL/105.9 WMAL-FM Washington DC after six years at the station. Recently added co-host Mary Walter remains in place on “Mornings On The Mall”. Ron Kuby exits as 12-3pm co-host at 770 WABC New York. Kuby and longtime co-host Curtis Sliwa returned to WABC in January 2014 when Rush Limbaugh moved to iHeartMedia’s 710 WOR. Entercom is promoting from within to fill programming vacancies in three markets. With the closing of its acquisition of Lincoln Financial Media, Tony Lorino is heading from “99.7 The Point” KZPT Kansas City to take over the PD reigns at newly acquired “Star 94” WSTR Atlanta. Lincoln Financial Media VP/Programming John Dimick had been programming WSTR since the exit of Scott Lindy in March. With the demise of Lincoln Financial Media, Dimick is retiring from radio to purchase an auto repair business in Atlanta. Replacing Lorino in Kansas City is Leigh McNabb. She joins KZPT from Milwaukee where she has been APD/Midday host at CHR “103.7 Kiss-FM” WXSS.
