Pamal Planning Glens Falls Frequency Swap

Pamal Broadcasting is swapping the locations of a pair of its stations on December 26. Northeast Radio Watch’s Scott Fybush tells us that Country “Froggy 107.1” WFFG-FM Corinth will move to 100.3, while Hot AC “100.3 The Point” WKBE Warrensburg will trade places at 7pm on 12/27. The move shifts the Country format to the stronger signal that increases its coverage in the northern portions of the market including the Lake George resort. 100.3 is a Class B1 operating with 1.45kW at at 400 meters. 107.1 is a Class A running 2.85kW at 147 meters. In addition to WKBE and WFFG-FM, Pamal operates Classic Hits “Q101.7” WQNU and Sports pair “Fox Sports 1230” WMML and “CBS Sports 1410” WENU in the Glens Falls market.
