The move comes with a change in translators as KOUL ends its rebroadcast on 93.5 K228XM Corpus Christi and adds 103.3 K277BL Corpus Christi. The new format goes up against ICA Broadcasting CHR “Planet 102.3” KKPN and Malkan Broadcasting Rhythmic CHR “Z95” KZFM. The “Power 103.3” format briefly appeared in April on K277BL and 93.3 KNPI-LP Padre Island.

Cotton Broadcasting has flipped Spanish CHR “La Isla 107.7/93.5” KXTM Benavides/K228XM Corpus Christi to Country “Young Country 93.5/107.7“. The station made the flip to Country at the beginning of the month originally branded as “KOUL The Wolf“. The branding changed at the beginning of last week to “Young Country“. KXTM is bring programmed by Easton Santos, who had been running “My 94.7” KBSO Corpus Christi prior to Bogey Broadcasting taking over operations and flipping it to Texas Country “94.7 The Rig” in January.
