Translator Moves Happy Dog Communications applies to increase power of 92.7 K224CJ Phoenix from 10 to 250 watts from its current 447 meter antenna on South Mountain. The move will come with a change in originating station from East Valley Institute of Technology’s CHR “90.7 The Pulse” KVIT Apache Junction to Hubbard’s 93.3 KDKB-HD2 Mesa, which currently simulcasts Oldies “AZ Gold 1440” KAZG Scottsdale (Coverage Map). Kaspar Broadcasting of Missouri is proposing to relocate 101.5 K268CT Saint Peters, MO to the Crestwood Master FM Tower in St. Louis. Station Sales Towers Investment Trust is selling Active Rock “103.7 The Eagle” KZGL Flagstaff, AZ to Rick Murphy’s Murphy Air LLC for $850,000. Murphy owns a cluster of stations serving the Laughlin, NV/Lake Havasu City, AZ, but this will be his entrance into Flagstaff. Towers Investment Trust purchased KZGL out of receivership in 2010 for $350,000. Family Stations is selling Silent 1460 KARR Kirkland/Seattle to engineer James Dalke for $3000. KARR has been operating from a temporary tower site under an STA since its previous site was sold to become a housing development and did not renew its lease with the station.
