Following the move of Conservative Talk 540 WFLF Pine Hills/Orlando FL’s FM signal to 93.1 W226BT Orlando, iHeartMedia has flipped Brazilian 810 WRSO Orlovista/97.9 W250CE Kissimmee to Spanish News/Talk “Acción 97.9” as it began operating the station via LMA. The new format, overseen by North Florida Region VP/GM Héctor Marcano, is promoting itself as the first Spanish News station in Florida. Marcano is also serving as morning anchor for the station. E-String Wireless has agreed to sell the CP for 102.3 K272FK College Station, TX to Brazos Valley Communications for $95,000. 810 WEUS Orlando Sold; Will Flip To Sports

MultiCorp International/X-Tend Medical Corporation has agreed to purchase Hot Talk “Big 810” WEUS Orlando and will flip the station to Sports. The deal will entail an LMA of the station from the current owners Star Over Orlando with the plan to purchase the station within two years. On July 30, the station will flip to Sports as “Rivalz Sports Orlando” WRSO. The plan is to place the radio station’s studios inside a sports bar/restaurant and eventually expand to other markets. As ESPN Radio and Fox Sports Radio both have affiliates in the market and WEUS already carries some Yahoo Sports Radio programming, we expect that affiliation will remain going forward.
