Positioned as “Rock Without The Hard Edge”, the branding and format come from iHeartMedia’s WRVV Harrisburg PA where Colonial owner Jeff Andrulonis worked in its early years under original owner Dame Media. Colonial Launches Sports/Rock Hybrid 92-5 FBX Fayetteville NC

Colonial Media + Entertainment has launched Rock/Sports “92-5 FBX” 1450 WFBX/92.5 W223CL Spring Lake NC. Superserving Fort Bragg, just north of Fayetteville, the launch is timed with the sign-on of WFBX’s new FM translator. The station will feature a mix of current and classic rock in morning drive, nights and weekends and syndicated Sports talkers Dan Patrick from 9am-12pm, Jim Rome 12-3pm, and Colin Cowherd 3-6pm.
