The objectors alleged the translator would create interference to 94.1 WFNU-LP St. Paul, but after suggesting 104.9 would be a usable frequency for the translator (which it cannot be after the grant of K285CQ St. Paul this week) and Hubbard dropped the proposed power from 10 watts to 2, the FCC could not find any WFNU-LP listener address which would be within the 60dBu contour of the translator. Hubbard Radio's application to move 94.9 K235BP Bemidji MN to 94.1 in Minneapolis has been dismissed following interference claims by "Frogtown Community Radio" 94.1 WFNU-LP St. Paul as the LPFM submitted documentation from listeners of their station within K235BP's proposed 60dBu contour. The translator was set to rebroadcast Sports "1500 ESPN" KSTP Minneapolis.
