Kyle Due Named KJ 97 San Antonio Program Director

iHeartMedia Country “KJ 97” 97.3 KAJA San Antonio and Classic Country “92.5/93.3 The Bull” KRPT Devine/K227BH San Antonio TX has appointed Kyle Due as Program Director. Due comes to San Antonio from Allentown PA where he programmed Rock 95.1 WZZO and CHR “B104” 104.1 WAEB-FM. He also hosted afternoons at WAEB-FM as ‘Kyle Anthony’. Due has also worked for iHeartMedia in Charlotte, Chattanooga, Greensboro, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Winchester VA using the on-air name ‘JoJo’. Travis Moon Named Director of Country Operations For iHeart Austin/San Antonio

iHeartMedia has named Travis Moon as Director of Country Operations for the company’s four Country stations in Austin and San Antonio. Moon will be responsible for the day-to-day programming at 98.1 KVET-FM and 100.7 KASE Austin and “KJ 97” 97.3 KAJA and Classic Country “92.5/93.3 The Bull” KRPT in San Antonio. In Austin he replaces JT Bosch, who exited on Friday and in San Antonio he takes the place of Lance Tidwell follow his departure last month. Moon programmed KAJA/KRPT from 2009 until 2014 when he left to join St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital as Senior Liaison, Programming/Radio Development. He also programmed 105.1 WUBE Cincinnati and spent 11 years at iHeart’s 102.1 KEEY Minneapolis on-air and rising to APD/MD.

Lance Tidwell Exits iHeartMedia San Antonio

After just 5 1/2 months in San Antonio, iHeartMedia Senior Vice President of Programming/Country “KJ 97” 97.3 KAJA Program Director Lance Tidwell has exited the company following the elimination of his position. Tidwell was transferred to San Antonio last August from Tucson where he served as Operations Manager and PD of “Wild Country 97.1” KWYD. Tidwell also programmed WWYZ Hartford, KWWF Seattle and WGKX Memphis during his career.
