Oldies Go Downtown In Baton Rouge

The EMF Broadcasting/Clear Channel translator partnership will soon bring Oldies to Baton Rouge as 97.7 K249DV Baker, LA debuts as “Downtown Radio 97.7“. The EMF owned translator has completed its upgrade from 13 to 250 watts and is being fed by Clear Channel’s 101.5 WYNK-HD2. Programming is to be provided by Clear Channel’s Premium Choice Oldies feed. The station’s name comes from emphasizing the fact that the translator primarily covers downtown Baton Rouge.

EMF has applied to upgrade 97.7 K249DV Baker, LA from 13 watts to 250 watts where it will simulcast Clear Channel’s 101.5 WYNK-HD2. Gu...[Read More]
