With Educational Media Foundation closing on its $525,000 purchase of Classic Rock “LA 106.3” KXOR-FM Thibodaux LA and taking the station silent as it prepares to bring the station into its “K-Love” Christian AC network, Coast Radio Group wasted no time to return the format to the Houma LA market. The company also operates Classic Country “Gumbo 94.9” WGUO Reserve in the Houma market. Dowdy acquired the CP for KDLC from Alex Media in August 2013 for $440,000.
