Mo and StyckMan will continue to be based at sister “US 101” 100.7 WUSY Chattanooga where they have hosted afternoons since earlier this year. StyckMan had previously hosted evenings since joining WUSY in 2012 after 15 years at WGSQ Cookeville TN. With the addition or Mo & StyckMan, previous WLFP morning host Marty Brooks has shifted to afternoons.
Kim Carson is returning to the morning slot at Bahakel Broadcasting AC “Sunny 92.3” WDEF-FM Chattanooga TN after leaving two years ago. Carson will rejoin James Howard starting Monday, June 25 after serving as Marketing Director for CBL Properties the past two years. After eight months with Conservative Talk, Tri-State Radio has flipped 1070 WFLI Lookout Mountain/Chattanooga TN to Oldies. Positioning as “The Legends of Pop, Soul, and Rock N’ Roll”, the new format is playing off WFLI’s heritage as the defacto Top 40 station in Chattanooga in the 1960s and 70s. The station will continue to simulcast the morning news block originating at co-owned 1420 WKWN Trenton GA and its translators. Out with the move are the syndicated Rick & Bubba, Laura Ingraham, Dave Ramsey, Eric Metaxas and Todd Starnes.

Deletions Serendipity Ventures II's News/Talk "NoogaRadio" 1240 WSDT Soddy-Daisy TN has been deleted after the FCC sent a letter clarifying its status and it was returned unsigned. On August 7, 2017, we received a complaint that the Station has not been operating for an extended period, that its facilities appear to be abandoned, and that the phone numbers are disconnected. In addition, an email sent to the email address on record was returned as undeliverable. Based on this information, it appears that the Station may have been silent (or failed to operate with authorized facilities) for over one year. Bahakel Communications AAA “Alt 93.9” 1370 WXCT/93.9 W230CN Chattanooga TN has completed its move to 98.7 as “Alt 98.7“. The station, which launched last November, has completed the upgrade of its translator. Now W254DB, the translator has upgraded from a directional 250w/322m to 250w/387m from Lookout Mountain.
