Deanna Regalado is moving from morning co-host at iHeartMedia CHR “95.7 The Party” KPTT Denver to middays. Regalado joined KPTT in 2015 from KVUU to form the “JJ & Deanna Morning Show” with JJ Kincaid. iHeartMedia Hot AC “Radio 92.9” KOSO Patterson/Modesto, CA has returned to its heritage “B93” branding. KOSO had been known as “B93” from 1995 until 2009, when a move from 93.1 to 92.9 brought a “B92.9” moniker that lasted until the rebranding to “Radio 92.9” in October 2012. The new “B93” is positioning as “Modesto’s Hit Music Station”. No changes to the existing on-air lineup with the rebranding as Valentine remains in mornings, Angela Cortez in middays, and John Chimpo in afternoons.

Lazer Expands Into Sacramento & Modesto

Lazer Broadcasting is acquiring four radio and one LPTV stations from Adelante Media in Central California. The $2.9 million purchase will bring Lazer into the Sacramento and Modesto markets. Clear Channel has converted Conservative Talk duo “Talk Radio 1280” KWSX Stockton and “AM 1360” KFIV Modesto, CA into a fulltime simulcast as “PowerTalk Modesto/Stockton“. With the changes, Glenn Beck moves from a delayed daypart in nights to a live clearance in mornings from 6-9am.
