The objectors alleged the translator would create interference to 94.1 WFNU-LP St. Paul, but after suggesting 104.9 would be a usable frequency for the translator (which it cannot be after the grant of K285CQ St. Paul this week) and Hubbard dropped the proposed power from 10 watts to 2, the FCC could not find any WFNU-LP listener address which would be within the 60dBu contour of the translator. "Viva 100.1" did not get off the hook completely as it entered into a Consent Decree and $2000 fine for violating the Underwriting Announcement Rule on at least one occasion.
