The sale was required as part of Audacy&#8217;s bankruptcy restructuring due to changes in the amount of stations in the Greenville\/Spartanburg market requiring Audacy to divest one of its stations.<\/p>\n<p>Norsan already owns Regional Mexican &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/larazalaraza.com\/greenville\/\">La Raza 105.7<\/a>&#8221; 910 WOLI\/105.7 W289BS Spartanburg.<\/p>\n<p>Audacy moved the AC format to 106.3 from 98.9 Spartanburg <a href=\"https:\/\/radioinsight.com\/headlines\/249475\/magic-98-9-and-106-3-word-to-swap-frequencies\/\">one year ago today<\/a> with Conservative Talk WYRD-FM moving in the opposite direction. The move downgraded &#8220;<strong>Magic<\/strong>&#8221; to the <a href=\"https:\/\/fccdata.org\/?lang=en&#038;appid=56c7edb98b054230a986c1b6063ebeb7&#038;facid=53623\">25kW\/100m<\/a>.
