Alex Media sells the CP for 93.5 WZFL Islamorada/Key Largo, FL to Zoo Communications for $620,000. Marco Mazzoli, the principal in Zoo Communications is the new operator of iHeartMedia’s Dance “Evolution 93.5” W228BY Miami and will simulcast that format.

Radio Disney continues its sell-off with the divestment of 1250 KKDZ Seattle to Universal Media Access for $500,000. The buyers Charlie Banta and Sandra Miller of Mercury Capital Partners also own Brokered stations in suburban Boston, Long Island, and San Jose.

Beasley Media is subtracting one of its Fayetteville, NC stations as it sells 1160 WYDU Red Springs to WEDU Broadcasting for $75,000. The buyer operates Gospel/Talk formatted 1340 WAGR Lumberton, 1460 WEWO Laurinburg, and 1600 WIDU Fayetteville.

Alex Media also sells the Construction Permit for 97.7 WTTY Ty Ty, GA to Victor M. Vickers for $57,500 including a $6500 commission credit from the sale of 93.5 WMRG Morgan, GA in early 2014.

Minn-Iowa Christian Broadcasting acquires AAA 88.3 KJGT Waconia, MN from Jagerita Radio for $250,000. The buyer operates Christian Preaching “Kinship Christian Radio” based at 104.5 KJLY Blue Earth, MN.

WSKG Public Television Council purchases the CP for 92.1 W221CW Groton, NY from Calvary Chapel of the Finger Lakes for $59,500. As part of the deal W221CW will be relocated to a new undisclosed location. WSKG will utilize the translator to rebroadcast 90.9 WSQG Ithaca.
