Marquart joined then Jones Radio Network in 1994 as Music Director and afternoon host for its Smooth Jazz programming. She would rise to a Program Director in 2002 overseeing the launch of Classic Hits-Rock and added AC and Christmas in 2012. She would be promoted to VP/Programming of Contemporary Formats overseeing AC, Hot AC, CHR, Active Rock, Urban AC, Hip-Hop and Christmas and also was imaging voice for Adult Standards.
