Juan Alberto Ayala is yet again attempting to modify 93.5 W228DF Four Corners FL without the approval of the station he claims will be rebroadcasting.
In February we reported Ayala had withdrawn applications for W228DF after 88.3 WPOZ President James Hoge and CBS Radio Orlando Director of Engineering Matthew Agnesi called out W228DF for neither of its filed applications having written permission from those companies to rebroadcast their stations as legally mandated. Since then Ayala filed two additional applications. One specified iHeartMedia’s 107.7 WMGF Mount Dora as originating station which was dismissed for yet again not gaining their permission and the second selected JVC Media’s 103.1 WOTW Windermere. Following those applications JVC and IHeart have filed petitions to the FCC for the agency to revoke the license of the translator after multiple misrepresentations by Ayala to the agency.
