TBLC Media is adding two more Davidson Media stations to its acquisition.

Spanish CHR “Selecta 1320” WVNZ Richmond and Regional Mexican “La GranD 1480” WTOX Glen Allen will go to Mahan ‘Mark’ Janbakhsh’s group for $400,000. That brings the amount of stations he has acquired this week from Davidson Media up to 12.

Orginial Report 7/13: Mahan ‘Mark’ Janbakhsh’s TBLC Holdings is acquiring ten stations and one translator from Davidson Media for $3.1 million.

The purchase includes all of Davidson Media’s holdings in North & South Carolina as well as the Kansas City market. The stations involved are:

Charlotte: Spanish Christian “Radio Adoracion” 1030 WNOW Mint Hill/99.1 W256BP Charlotte
Greensboro/Winston-Salem: Spanish Christian “Radio Adoracion” 1040 WSGH Lewisville/1470 WWBG Greensboro and Oldies 1380 WTOB Winston-Salem
Kansas City: Regional Mexican “La Grande 1340” KDTD Kansas City, KS and Spanish Christian “Radio Luz 1480” KCZZ Mission, KS
Raleigh/Durham: Spanish CHR “La Mega 1310” WTIK Durham and Spanish Christian “Poder 1410” WRJD Durham
Spartanburg: Variety “105.7 The Source” 910 WOLI Spartanburg and Regional Mexican “La Nueva 103.9” WOLI-FM Easley

All of the stations are brokered out to individual operators. Davidson Media will retain its nine other stations following the sale.

The buyer owns two stations in Nashville, TN. Regional Mexican “La Ranchera 880” WMBD and “Activa 1240” WNVL were acquired from Davidson in 2012.
