Update 10/4: M&M Broadcasters relaunched 104.9 KBHT Bellmead/Waco, TX on Friday as Urban AC “Magic 104.9“.

Overseen by New Generation Radio’s Jason Kidd, KBHT has replaced the Westwood One “Touch” network programming for a locally produced playlist.

Meanwhile the website for Jammin1045.com has also gone live indicating 104.5 K283CD Waco and KBHT-HD3 will soon debut a new format. Shown on the website as “Jammin Hits 104.5“, the logo matches New Generation Media’s “Smash Hits” 1980s centric Classic Hits format.

Last month the station let go of all its airstaff and flipped from Rhythmic CHR to Urban AC utilizing Westwood One’s “The Touch” network. Since then multiple domains have been registered for multiple brands including Jammin1049.com, Majic1049Waco.com, and Magic1049Waco.com. A Jammin1045Waco.com was also registered for 104.5 K283CD which currently rebroadcasts 1590 KRZI’s national ESPN Radio feed.
