Townsquare Media launched Variety Hits “103.9 The Doc” KDCZ Eyota/Rochester MN at 7:30 this morning.
Playing off Rochester’s location as home of the renowned Mayo Clinic, the Doc in this case is being presented as a “Musical Doctor” launching with 20,000 doses commercial-free.

This simulcast has always puzzled me – the two signals are on the same tower near Eyota, east of Rochester, after all.
Come to Albuquerque. KDSK translates on 92.9 and 93.7, both from Sandia Crest (both in excess of 4000′ above average terrain).
Townsquare should divest some of their stations in Rochester because they own 1 AM and 3 FM stations over the FCC ownership limits.
